Madame Cynthia Bemba Olofio, est une experte congolaise en environnement et développement durable. Elle occupe le poste de point focal adjoint de la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC) auprès de la Convention-Cadre des Nations Unies sur les Changements Climatiques (CCNUCC)

Parcours et Engagements

Mme Cynthia Olofio est affiliée au Cabinet du ministre d’Etat de l’Environnement et du développement durable de la RDC, où elle agit en tant qu’experte en matière de climat. Elle a représenté la RDC lors de plusieurs conférences internationales sur le climat, notamment la 56e session des organes subsidiaires de la CCNUCC (SB56) à Bonn, en Allemagne, en 2022.

En 2022, elle a été officiellement désignée comme membre du Groupe des Négociateurs Climat de la RDC (GNC-RDC), un organe stratégique chargé de porter la voix du pays lors des négociations internationales sur le climat.

En plus de ses fonctions gouvernementales, Mme Bemba Olofio est active dans le secteur associatif. Elle a été identifiée comme commissaire aux comptes de la Fondation Lucien Bemba (FLB), une organisation œuvrant dans le domaine du développement

Biographie

Madame Esther Ndungidi Kasoki est une experte en environnement et développement durable, actuellement en poste au sein du Ministère de l’Environnement et Développement Durable de la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC). Elle occupe le rôle de Point Focal National Adjoint pour la Convention-Cadre des Nations Unies sur les Changements Climatiques (CCNUCC).

Parcours et Engagements

En tant que Point Focal National Adjoint, Mme Ndungidi participe activement à la mise en œuvre des politiques climatiques nationales et à la représentation de la RDC dans les instances internationales. Elle a notamment été désignée 2ᵉ rapporteure lors des travaux du Groupe de Travail sur les Changements Climatiques (GTCC) de la COMIFAC, en préparation de la COP28.

Son expertise s’étend également à la sensibilisation et à l’intégration des questions de genre dans les politiques environnementales. Lors d’une table ronde organisée en mars 2022 sur le thème “Femmes, lutte contre le changement climatique et médias en RDC”, elle a présenté un état des lieux des problématiques liées à la lutte contre le changement climatique en RDC.

Biographie

Madame Martine Mbombo Badibanga Kamunga est une fonctionnaire congolaise engagée dans la lutte contre le changement climatique. Depuis 2023, elle occupe le poste de Point Focal National de la Convention-Cadre des Nations Unies sur les Changements Climatiques (CCNUCC) pour la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC), au sein du Ministère de l’Environnement et Développement Durable .

Parcour et Engagement

Avant sa nomination en tant que Point Focal National, Mme Badibanga a exercé les fonctions de Point Focal Suppléant au sein de la Coordination Nationale Rainforest Coalition (CN-REDD), une structure chargée de la mise en œuvre des politiques REDD+ en RDC . Elle a également participé à des conférences internationales sur le climat, représentant la RDC dans les négociations et les discussions sur les politiques environnementales.

En tant que Point Focal National, Mme Badibanga joue un rôle essentiel dans la coordination des politiques climatiques de la RDC, la représentation du pays lors des conférences internationales sur le climat et la mise en œuvre des engagements nationaux en matière de lutte contre le changement climatique.
